Excited to Serve as a Judge at the Voice AI Startup Pitch Event at Project Voice 2026

I’m excited to share that I’ll be serving as one of the judges for the Voice AI Startup Pitch Event at Project Voice 2026 in Chattanooga later this month.

Project Voice has long been one of the most important gatherings in the voice and conversational AI space, and I’m looking forward to hearing from a strong group of startups building in voice AI, contact center AI, testing, evaluation, and related infrastructure.

This role is especially meaningful to me because my work today is focused on helping early-stage and growth-stage contact center AI companies drive revenue through GSI and CCaaS partnerships. In practical terms, that means helping companies get partnership deals signed, marketplace motions in place, and revenue moving.

I’m particularly interested in companies that have strong technology and real relevance to customer service and contact centers, and are now at the stage where commercial traction, partnerships, and go-to-market execution matter just as much as the product itself.

I’m grateful to Bradley Metrock and the Project Voice team for the opportunity, and I’m looking forward to participating in what should be a great event.

If you’ll be at Project Voice 2026 and are building in contact center AI, voice AI, testing, evaluation, or enterprise AI infrastructure, I’d be glad to connect.

We've seen this movie before

AI is giving us a chance to redesign how work actually gets done. Most companies are using it to go faster in the wrong direction. Reminds me of the Business Process Re-engineering push. Same failure
